Brentwood Originals Brushed Twill Bedrest
My boyfriend and I each purchased this bedrest in celadon color about a month ago. I love it. I had to leave a comment however because I found that the pillows we purchased sound nothing like the reviews we read. They are not extremely heavy at all, even capable of being lifted with one finger. Nor are they very large and hard to manuever. My boyfriend actually wanted one for this reason because he is taller and was worried it may be too soft and thought the tougher and heavier it is, the better. He uses it in addition to a few other pillows because it isn't quite sturdy enough to hold his weight. I, however, find it perfect. The size and softness, not too soft and just sturdy enough where it provides support but still really comfortable. The only thing that I find odd is the celadon color (based on the picture provided it I expected it to be white) is actually almost green/gray. A hard color to describe. It worked perfectly for me though because it matched better with our bed set and room. I would definitely recommend this pillow. But don't expect it to be too heavy for tough from the other reviews.

We put our new flat screen TV in the middle bedroom, which means that one or two viewers need to sit up in bed to watch. Finding some good backrests proved to be harder than we thought. Local stores had nothing. There is an item called a BedLounge available online but it costs $130-180.

This bed rest pillow is amazing. I sit up in bed frequently and study or read and this has fixed the issues that I have been having with the muscles in my back. I recommend this to anyone that does a lot of sitting up in bed, this adds the much needed comfort and support on your back. Great Product.

BalasHapusNeeded a pillow just like this, looked on Amazon and got it. Recovering from shoulder surgery and am not allowed to sleep flat, so this was critical to have when I traveled to visit family out of state.
BalasHapusDid not want to spend a lot of money for it and didn't have to in order to get exactly what I wanted and needed and with shipping faster than it would seem possible.
This little beauty would be terrific for a guest room, dorm room or even, heaven forbid, helping to sleep after having surgery
I am very happy with this purchase, since I saved over $10 from buying at the local linen store, and not having to haul it home. It's not a light item, and must be made like that so it will stand up in its position. I'm very happy with the color, too. Its a cooling shade of green.

I feel like I am reviewing a different product than some of these other reviewers. This bedrest pillow is very nice. It is firm without being too hard and has just enough give to cushion my back comfortably. The pillow does have some weight to it but it is not heavy enough to be burdensome whatsoever and the fabric is certainly a good quality, (I have the celadon, the color is very nice), It is very comfortable for sitting up in bed to watch TV or read a book. When I want to recline a little more I have just to "skooch" down a little and my head is resting comfortably while I'm still inclined enough to see the television. Someone mentioned the arms get in the way of a bed tray, I do not know how that is even possible. If I'm using a bed tray I would have it over my lap, maybe as far up as my hips, there is no way the arms on this bedrest extend down that far, they are just not that long. I love this bedrest for it's quality, comfort and durability, and mostly because I am no longer leaning my head against a rock hard headboard whenever I'm sitting up in bed!
BalasHapusI work full time and my chair is uncomfortable, but when I get home I can set on the floor, the bed or the couch with this pillow and be completely comfortable for hours while doing schoolwork. I had a similar product years ago and I'm glad a purchased another one recently. If you spend a lot of time reading or using a laptop, this product may be for you.
